“As a chiropractor neurologist my days are very long and I stand on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day. I have always been active, tennis, weight lifting, Pilates etc. but having such a physically demanding job I realized I needed to reevaluate my own personal fitness regime — so I started Yoga.
