How I workI regularly work with people to address back and hip issues as well as shoulder and neck problems. Older people with aches and pains and mobility issues do great with me as well as athletes who have specific imbalances they cant seem to address. Many of my yoga clients work with me once a week as their schedule permits. They often continue after their initial goals have been achieved. You can also benefit from one session especially if you are motivated to do a 10-minute homework session daily. My approach is systematic and progressive. We advance at the level your particular body needs and wants. I am deeply committed to and passionate about helping others achieve their optimum state of health and wellness. |
